Vegan Hot and Sour Soup


A vegan take on a traditional Chinese soup with mushrooms, bamboo shoots, vegetables, and peas for protein.

Ingredients: water, mushrooms (shitake, wood ear, sliced button, cloud ear, oyster, Inoki and Cremini), celery, carrots, bok choy, Napa cabbage, green beans, bamboo shoots, ginger, garlic, olive oil, jalapeno peppers, coconut aminos (coconut nectar, salt, water), rice vinegar, white pepper, arrowroot starch powder, green onion, onion, cilantro, salt.
