Red Beans and Rice


This vegan version of traditional southern dish features red beans slow cooked with veggies and seasonings, served with brown rice, and roasted cauliflower and carrots.

Ingredients: small red beans, brown rice, water, cauliflower, carrots, onion, celery, green bell pepper, garlic, olive oil, salt, thyme, oregano, Bay leaves, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne.
