Mushroom Barley Soup


A vegan version of this traditional soup using mushrooms and coconut aminos to flavor the broth.

Ingredients: water, hulled barley, mini Bella mushrooms, onion, carrots, potatoes, celery, frozen peas, parsley, olive oil, garlic, dried porcini mushrooms, organic coconut aminos (coconut blossom nectar, water, Balinese sea salt)
